What are your operating hours?
Our facility operates 24/7 to ensure quick turnaround times. Customer service is available Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, and Sunday 9am-5pm. Pickup and delivery times are available 7 days a week from 7am-8pm.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. All our wash & fold services use biodegradable, hypoallergenic detergents. We also offer a green dry cleaning option that uses liquid CO2 instead of harsh chemicals. Our facilities are powered by renewable energy, and we recycle all hangers and packaging materials.
How do you handle special care items?
We have specialists trained in handling delicate fabrics, heirloom items, and special care garments. When you place your order, you can specify any special instructions, and we’ll accommodate your requests. All special care items are processed separately with extra attention.
